Second Home, Inc. has been serving children and their families for 20 years. The agency was founded in October 1990 as a private non-profit organization with the primary focus of providing foster-care-related programs and services for children and youths with special needs. Our mission is to provide community- based services and programs that aid in the prevention of the institutionalization of children and youths.
